If you’ve looked around a bit on my social media or on our website, you might be wondering who I am, where I’m from, and how I got here. My name is Chloe Hardin, the lead planner and director of Hardin Planning. My husband and I started this business in 2021 out of my passion for design, organization, party planning, and helping and celebrating people!
In May of 2019- yes, in the middle of the world-wide lockdown- Isaac got down on one knee and asked the question I’ve dreamed of answering my entire life. From that moment, (and all of the moments I spent building wedding pinterest boards prior to this moment) I was tossed into the world of wedding planning. From the beginning, I was very strategic in my planning, making lists and timelines and mood boards any chance I had between vendor meetings, dress fittings, and making DIY decor for our big day. Finally, on May 21, 2021, I got to marry my best friend and experience the most magical day. The post-wedding blues hit me hard… only leading me to do more research into the wedding industry, to continue making DIY projects for other brides, and offering to plan and coordinate weddings for friends and family.
In the early weeks of 2022, in a conversation during a long car ride, Isaac and I couldn’t stop talking about all of the ideas we had for starting a wedding planning business, and nothing had ever excited me this way or made me feel more ambitious about my goals.
